From Cherasco (easy to reach from the Turin-Savona motorway, Marene exit) go down to Pollenzo in the Tanaro Valley and then up to La Morra and Barolo.
Passing through Monforte d´Alba, drive back north up Serralunga d´Alba hill before dropping down into Gallo d´Alba and Grinzane Cavour. Alba is just a short drive away.
