Flavours and fragrances of the lakes
The Piemonte region is dotted with lakes. The main protagonist is obviously Lago Maggiore that offers nature, parks, mountains, gardens, islands and flowers. Tiaras and royal jewels
Goldsmith art works that were made for the Corte Sabauda (Savoy Court), are back in the halls of the Reggia di Venaria. The exhibition presents, until 10 January 2010, jewels created between the end of the seventeenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century, including some pieces made for Queen Margherita and Princess Maria José.
