Alfiano Natta (AL)
Located at the border with Asti in Val Cerrina, which is one of the loveliest places in the Monferrato Casale area, Alfiano Natta’s land is dedicated to farming and in particular to vineyards. It is just a few kilometers from Moncalvo, the birthplace of the painter Gugliemo Caccia who is better known by the nickname “Moncalvo”, which explains why some of Moncalvo’s works can be admired in Alfiano, specifically in the 17th century Church of San Marziano and in the Chapel di San Defendente.
