A little town at the edge of Roero, it still has an old tavern in the square. Its fame comes from its cultivation of the leek that bears the same name, which here, can grow in a soil that is somewhat unique and makes the leek sweet and digestible. Every year, in November, a market fair and gastronomic event is held in order to promote the many virtues of this precious garden vegetable.
