Andezeno (TO)
The ancient farming tradition of this community in the area of Chieri, located on the far slopes of Turin’s hills facing Asti, has translated into a consistent number of businesses dedicated to the cultivation of grains, vines, horticulture, and animal breeding. Among its local typical products, certainly onions, cardoons, and the well-known Friesa di Chieri wine stand out. In autumn, the town dedicates a festival to two of these products: the onion and the cardoon.
