Brandizzo (TO)
The town of Brandizzo is built on the ancient “Decimo” (Decimun), or rather the way stop where Roman travelers could rest and change horses near the tenth (decimo) military stone marker (which indicated the number of miles on the consular road and the distance to the next prearranged point) from Augusta Taurinorum (Turin). Still today, Brandizzo maintains a welcoming attitude and, although quite small, and an intense cultural life.
