Bairo (TO)
Strolling among the narrow and torturous roads of this farming town in the Canavese area, you will see: old rustic homes with wooden ledges called “lobbie”, the massive “Torre rossa” (“Red Tower”) from the Middle Age, the Town Hall with classic arches in the Canavese style, and the Baroque parish church built in 1776 by the architect Pietro Bernasconi di Lugano located in a dominant spot on the top of the steps.
