Piea (AT)
The castle, with its large park, overlooks the hill and the town. His rooms are accessed from a majestic grand staircase, and of particular interest is the central ballroom, frescoed by the brothers Galliani. Inside the park can be seen a chapel and a few houses, which were built as annexes of the Castle. The Parrocchiale dei Santi Filippo e Giacomo (Parish of the Saints Philip and James) lies close by. It is a beautiful late XVIII century building, flanked by an original pointed bell tower, with barrel vaults and fine baroque decorations on the inside.
