People
Emanuele Severino
“Piemonte is a land of excellent cuisine and extraordinary wines. I was deeply impressed by the Langhe landscape. To admire these hills makes you immediately understand the importance that the landscape held for a writer like Cesare Pavese or Beppe Fenoglio. In these past days, I think I felt the same sensations that Pavese did when he came into contact with his hills.”
Gianni Amelio
“Only in Torino, or perhaps at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, can you breathe an affinity that exists between those who are watching the film, those who create it and those who organise the festival. Together, we share something important because we all make movies.”
Gianmaria Testa
“I find that the geometry of the hills of the Langa area is ideal for a fine view that is completely white…the spell of these days is priceless.”
