TST: 2007-2008 Season
Various locations
from 23.10.2007 to 18.05.2008
While forced to renounce its most symbolic seat, the beautiful Teatro Carignano, presently being restored, the Teatro Stabile Torino faces the 2007-2008 season with all of its potential. Using various halls from the Teatro Grande Valdocco to the Teatro Gobetti, from the Cavallerizza Reale to the Teatro Vittoria, from the Teatro Astra to the Limone Fonderie Teatrali, from the Teatro Alfieri to the Teatro Nuovo chosen for productions aimed at particularly large audiences, the TST schedule is presenting productions such as the acclaimed “Fahrenheit 451” and “Antigone” (on tour in Italy), collaborations and co-productions such as “Keely and Du” with Beppe Rosso as director, and many very important shows. Among these, “Il Ventaglio” (“The Fan”) by Luca Ronconi, “La Veillee des Abysses” (“The Eve of the Abysses”) by James Thierree, and “Anna Karenina” by Eimuntas Neckrosius stand out.
