The monthly encounters have the goal of presenting the latest themes in urban transformation to citizens as well as the places in the city that are the subject of public debate. Invited to speak are the city’s various actors: planners, institutions, experts, and those authorized in the field, all in debates preceded, now and then, by guided tours to the spot that is the subject of the discussion.
