“Flora” is on the list of local interest events in the Regione Piemonte and aims to promote local flower and plant breeding and Piemonte products within the context of a highly prized historic-artistic, as well as botanical, setting - and a lovely landscape- such as the Castello del Roccolo and its splendid park in Busca. Alongside the exhibit and the sale of plants and flowers, articles and accessories for the garden, outdoor furniture, herbariums, and books on gardening, not to mention a look at typical products from the region’s agriculture. This year, the review has been enriched with a series of additional events which include gardening lessons, entertainment for adults and children, and two exhibits with a floral theme: “Tesori d’oriente e d’occidente. Spezie ed erbe aromatiche” (“Treasures form the East and from the West. Spices and Aromatic Herbs”) and “Fiori e ballerine” (“Flowers and Dancers”). Admission, which includes a visit to the exhibition area and a guided tour of the castle, is 5 euros on Sunday and 3 euros on Saturday.
