Tre giorni per il giardino, organised by FAI – Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano (Italian Fund for Environment) and skilfully managed by architect Paolo Pejrone, is the first and main national manifestation on flower and plant nursery for gardens and terraces. More than 130 nurserymen will take part to the event, to show their best collections and novelties. All participants invite reflections on a “conscious use of the water resource”; in return, they will give advice on plants and flowers which need little or no water at all. The importance of water, as well as of climate changes and their effect on landscapes, will be thoroughly discussed during the meeting with Luca Mercalli, scheduled for May, 2nd.
