The Middle Ages come back to life in Castelnuovo Scrivia thanks to the tenth edition of the fascinating historical characterisation evoking the ancient custom of the changing of the flag on the village tower. The Palio dei Quintieri is a run off involving six hamlets: Stradalciano, Guadenasso, Tavernelle, Zìbide, Molina e MolinoAlzano. The characterisation includes about 350-400 walk-ons between flag wavers, musicians, dancers, acrobats, artisans and other characters.
