An agenda filled with initiatives will be waiting for nature enthusiasts at the “open air laboratory” of the Oasi Zegna. Among crocuses, narcissuses and broom bushes, or along the suggestive “Via dei Rododendri” (Rhododendron Path), there are itineraries and initiatives suitable for all ages administered by qualified instructors and certified nature guides. The horseback riding centre in the mountains (one of the equipped stops on the Equestrian Itinerary of the Biella Province), proposes -aside from its specialisation courses and buggy rides - mountain hikes designed to discover the Alta Valsessera area. Mountain bike lovers can choose from three different itineraries to reach panoramic spots of extraordinary beauty. For those who prefer a hike, Oasi Zegna suggests Nordic Walking (a walk with special poles made of carbon), theme walks and photographic safaris. For the more demanding, Italy’s first mountain fitness path is a chance to test their health and stamina. And finally, there is no lack of more recreational activities like flying kites or model airplanes and the Parco Avventura di Veglio amusement park is ready to distribute thrills and chills to daredevils. Oasi Zegna also has several facilities for overnight stays accompanied by wine and gastronomic proposals to get acquainted with products from this territory.
