Open-air show of images taken from the book "Coffee Roots" by Vittorio Castellani (Chef Kumalè), published by Gribaudo and developed in collaboration with Lavazza.
The exhibition features the images shot by the young photographers Guia Besana, Fabrizio Esposito and Andrea Guermani in a report that documents the infinite facets of coffee from Turkey to Indonesia, and some countries of Africa and the Middle East, going back over the history, traditions, rites and habits linked to this popular drink.
