Cinema, countryside and flavour come together at the exhibition created to satisfy even the most demanding palates of the screening room as well as of the table. The competition greets the participation of feature films that have not yet been seen or distributed in Italy, accompanied by a series of retrospections, round tables and side events. “Palato raffinato” (refined palate) is a section reserved for heretic works, considered such for their aesthetics, form or content. “Focus on Food” concentrates its attention on work in progress of research and experimentation and problems relating to environment, taste and territory; “Dulcis in fundo”, deals with the management of primary and secondary goods.
