The historical Torino district in the Vanchiglia quarter is putting on its party clothes and inviting all of its neighbors to come out of their homes to welcome a hullabaloo of cultural doings both from a national level as well as from the young people who grew up in the shadow of its hard-working and ordered lives. Organized by the Teatro della Caduta in an attempt to start up a network of participatory relationships both among the citizens of the area as well as among the many young people who commute to the area in order to attend the two universities at Via Sant’Ottavio and at Lungo Dora, “Vanchiglia By Night” brings about 200 young actors to the streets, which throughout the year have brought the dynamic theatrical and musical program, “Teatro della Caduta”, to life - successfully carried out at a city level, also with good reviews by those working in the field - and other nationally and internationally recognized theatrical, musical, and street art experiences, such as those by Federico Sirianni and Rita Pelusio.
