A total of 48 countries are contending for the European title this year. Divided into Male and Female categories, the athletes under 23 years of age will be measuring themselves up against the challenging time trials on July 3-4. The last two days of the competition are dedicated to road races. Beginning on Thursday (9:00 am) with the time trial Pettenasco – Stresa . The next day is the time trial from Arona – Stresa while the road race scheduled for July 5-6 is the Verbania – Pallanza. The entire event is taking place in collaboration with the Federazione Ciclistica Italiana and the European Union of Bicycling.
