Musicologist, music critic, pianist and composer Michael Nyman inaugurates the appointments of “Anfiteatro e Stelle” on July 6th. This artist from London is one of the most important representatives of the culture of minimalist music and has often worked in cinema as well: his long term collaboration with Peter Greenaway produced soundtracks from such movies as The Piano and Gattaca. Richard Galliano, refined French accordionist and world famous jazz musician who studied with Astor Piazzola, will be performing on July 26th. Both shows have an admission fee.
