XXI International Festival "Storici Organi della Valsesia"

The vibration of antique and precious pipe organs, thoroughly fascinating instruments will be invading the inside of churches and sanctuaries of several townships in the province of Vercelli for the XXI International Festival of “Storici Organi della Valsesia”. Two novelties for this year: the inauguration of the restoration of the historic organ at the parish of San Maurizio a Vocca and the final concert at the Chiesa di San Cristoforo church in Vercelli that houses the historic organ built by Liborio Grisanti (1756-57). The background is that of the most beautiful churches in the valley, representative of an historic legacy of enormous worth, in which musicians from the United States, Romania, Finland, Spain, Switzerland and Italy will perform. Admission fee to these concerts, which begin at 9:00 pm, is free.
