Antiquari a Venaria 08
Reggia di Venaria – Scuderia Grande

The exhibit’s leitmotiv is “passion, vision, quest for beauty” and will be hosting about sixty of the most qualified national and international antiques. Antique works of art and their fascinating history are the undisputed protagonists of this new edition that is presenting masterpieces ranging from 15th century’s Maestro della Madonna Cagnola “Sant’Orsola” to precious paintings by Carracci, Bellotto and Vanvitelli leading up to Giò Ponti’s modern urn created by Richard Ginori in a unique piece created for the 1925 Paris Exposition Internationale. Particular attention has been reserved to settings this year: a citadel of art set up in the majestic location of the Scuderia Grande measuring 140 metres in length by 12 in width by 16 in height and made up of booths of staggering height, elaborate polychromy and polished surfaces that invite the public to partake in an incomparable experience through an exciting tour along different levels of height.
