Il fantastico mago di Oz by Germana Erba e Franca Dorato is the result of an interaction of prose, song and dance that is joined by a setting of a great visible impact. The task of recalling a famous and beloved story is entrusted to theses various artistic disciplines. At the same time, there is still much to be discovered in this story’s messages and its current and universal communicative possibilities. Seen in this light, herein lies the choice of casting the main characters from different age groups, capable of addressing an audience of children, young people and adults in a pleasant interpretative harmony.
