The AB+ lies just a few steps from the Porte Palatine (Palatine Doors) and from the Duomo (Cathedral) of Torino, and is surely one of the most unusual venues in Torino. It was established inside a medieval building where XV century humanist Emanuele Filiberto Pingone used to live. This venue is both surprising and charming, because of the unusual combination of Roman stones with hi-tech furniture and state-of-the-art software. Inside the picturesque underground labyrinths, which are the oldest part of the building, we find the ‘cave’, where live concerts are held, and the “sound gallery”, for jamming sessions, DJ and VJ sets. On the first floor of the building is an elegant restaurant, frequented by an especially demanding clientele. On the upper floors are the conference room and three suites de charme for guests, all of which overlook the archaeological area of Torino and whose furniture was made by XX century prestigious designers.
