Thanks to a carefully planned restoration project, the historic facility of the “ex lavatoi” of Cuneo dating back to 1886, is now a modern cultural, multi-functional centre. Its wide spaces (five inner rooms and an open area of a full 300 square metres) constantly welcome many activities aimed at casting a 360° glance on the national and international cultural panorama. The EXL is adding a proposal of specialised fine food and wine, with delicious dishes prepared by chef Luciano Rava - captain of the “Cuochi Stellati” (starred chefs) of the Piemonte Region to its intense live programme with music, theatre, art, literary coffee houses and still more.
