Armeno is the home of hotel staff. For over four centuries this area has provided thousands of people for the kitchens, hotels and restaurants of the whole world. And this museum has been created in order to preserve a record of so many personal stories. Here cooks, waiters, great chefs, hotel staff of all levels have brought mementoes, pieces of their lives that they collected on their travels around the world. In this small museum, the menus of famous meetings, tools of the trade, photos and rare cookbooks have all found a place.
