Park with facilities of the Rivoli Hill

This park is administered by the Parco regionale de La Mandria (Regional Park of La Mandria) and is located at the foot of the morainal hill of Rivoli. This hill was created by the glacier of the Val di Susa (Susa Valley) during the glacial periods. The Castle is of great interest architecturally. It was rebuilt in the seventeen hundreds, on the remains of the XV century fortress of the “Conte Verde” (Green Count), following a design by Filippo Juvarra. It now houses the Museo di Arte Contemporanea (Contemporary Art Museum).
