A few rooms near the “Cantina dei Vini – Enoteca del Barbera” (situated inside the 19th century Palazzo del Comune) house the Barbera Museum. The tour begins with a study of the land (Costigliole d’Asti, also known as the Wine Town, possesses a considerable number of hectares cultivated as vineyards) and continues with the display of tools that bear witness to the past and present of the area’s winemaking tradition.
