Museo Etnografico della Scuola "Defendente Ferrari" (Avigliana)

A room, half-underground, houses this ethnographic collection that stems from an idea that a group of students had who wanted to show everyone the differences between today’s lifestyle and the lifestyle of peasants, which they had studied while documenting farm equipment from the past. The exhibit is divided into various “corners” that reproduce moments of life from the past: the school, farming, the cobbler, the coal cellar, the cooper, the woodworking corner, the wheelwright corner, and the home.
