Museo Civico di Storia Naturale (Carmagnola)

The museum became the seat of the first Centro Visita del Parco Fluviale del Po (Po River Park Visitors Center) and because of this, it has focused particular attention on the river area with an interactive model of the river’s geology and geomorphology. Its rooms hold collections of fossils, minerals, and various classes of animals (insects, beetles, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, and birds). A collection of dioramas, with particular emphasis on the Parco del Po areas, complete the museum.
