Buildings of historical importance
Palazzo Gozzani di Treville (Casale Monferrato)
Category: Buildings of historical importance
The elegant building, partially reconstructed in 1775 following the design of Count Filippo Nicholis de Robilant for the Gozzani di San Giorgio family, is one of the most beautiful private noble palaces in the area. Several public reception rooms have kept their frescoes and door mantels painted with the mythological allegories by Francesco Lorenzi of Verona and period furnishings. Today, Palazzo Gozzani di Treville is the seat of the Accademia Filarmonica (Philharmonic Academy).
