The Estate of Castello di Razzano, located in the heart of Monferrato and built on a former Roman site, consists of a noble manor with an inner courtyard dating back to 1697. Surrounding this house-fortress, transformed into an elegant agricultural business, are about 40 hectares of vineyards which the Olearo family, owners of the estate since the 1970’s, have passionately increased to the point that they now produce wine exclusively from their own grapes – more than 200,000 bottles a year, 30% of which goes to the foreign market.
