Located in the center of town, the castle is surrounded by a majestic park characterized by numerous forest trees that hold company with a giant sequoia that has adapted to this latitude’s climate. The imposing bastion walls, which form the border of the park, are from the original structure. The two-storey building, characterized by a central tower, has 35 rooms today. The interior has been embellished with cross vaults on the piano nobile and by three-hinged arched ceilings on the ground floor and second floor.
