The church, typically Baroque, was designed by the architect Bernardo Vittone in 1754. The high façade is characterized by a curvilinear progression which corresponds to a hexagonal-shaped room inside with a dome completely decorated in plaster. After years of accurate restoration, the church was used as an auditorium.
