The Marian Santuario di Nostro Signore della Brughiera (Sanctuary of Our Lord of the Moorland), one of the most popular spots for pilgrims along the Via della Fede, consists of two churches. The larger church makes up the heart of the sanctuary; the smaller and older church, long contested between the citizens of Trivero and the citizens of Mosso, is known for its living crèche which brings the night of Christmas and the afternoon of Saint Stephen to life when, along Via Crucis, organized into fourteen stations placed at same number of chapels decorated during the 19th century by the painter Giovanni Avondo di Balmuccia, it brings the faithful to the village of Bulliana.
