Ratatoj is a typical dish of Piedmont consisting of a substantial mix of vegetables, but it is also the name of this Association that has made “mixing” its strong point. Conceived to be a gathering place for young people, open to cultural, social and recreational activities, Ratatoj today has become a place for young people to go also in the evenings and on holidays. It holds numerous assorted concerts and theatrical productions, and the rehearsal room is often frequented.
