A Saturday with Wild Herbs
The 18th edition of the Canadese event “El Sabat ‘d’le erbe” is here again. This initiative, scheduled every Saturday through may 31, 2008 combines an educational walk among the herbs of Valchiusella with a dinner based on wild plants.
A relaxing educational walk in the fields of Valchiusella to learn how to recognise edible plants followed by a typical dinner based on local wild herbs. This is the enjoyable menu of “El sabat ‘d le erbe”, an event that can be described as halfway between an naturalistic excursion and a gastronomic tour presented by the Club Amici Valchiusella.
